RUTH, Is a mother of 3 with a Fitness Certification with AFLCA.
Also Ruth has over 20 years of experience in the Fitness Industry, with Group training and Personal Training.
She has tons of experience with teaching, Cardio kickboxing, Running Clinics,as well as various classes. Ruth’s Main goal is to have her clients reach their fitness goals and see their potential in a safe and fun manner.
